Residential Properties

Home Energy Solutions℠ provides an in-home energy assessment for single-family homes and buildings with up to four units. Home Energy Solutions is available to eligible customers for a $75 copay, paid at the time of the visit. Customer with limited income may qualify for a no-cost assessment through Home Energy Solutions – Income Eligible Renters may participate with landlord permission.

Small Business

Small Business Energy Advantage makes it simple for businesses and nonprofits to save. An utility-approved contractor visits your site and completes a no-cost, no-obligation assessment. You will also receive customized recommendations that show you how much energy and money you could save by upgrading to energy-efficent equipment.

Nonprofit Organizations

Nonprofits—including houses of worship and community groups—are also eligible for the Small Business Energy Advantage program. An on-site assessment identifies cost-saving upgrades and available incentives. The goal is to cut energy bills so you can invest more in your mission.
